The Chinese Crested is an ancient breed, dating as far back as the
1500's. Early Chinese explorers and traders took these dogs with them on their ships and they frequently sold or trade the dogs with people met along the way. As a result, Crested's have been found in port cities
wherever Chinese ships have visited.
There are two types of Chinese Crested: the Hairless and a coated-type called a Powderpuff.
They are a toy dog, fine-boned, elegant and graceful. The distinct varieties are born in the same litter. The Hairless has hair only on the head, tail and feet, while the Powderpuff is completely covered with hair. They are loving companions, playful and entertaining.
Aimie Christine entered our lives last summer and our house will never be the same. She has a huge capacity for love and hands it out to all of us. Although she is small, in her mind she is just as big as our collie and is not shy about tackling anything. Aimie is also extremely intelligent and has been very easy to train.
Her pedigree and parentage is listed below. She will be bred in the spring to
Cool Brewsky and puppies will be available then. I am taking orders now, so if you are interested, please let me know.
